I believe resilience is not about pushing harder or fixing what’s broken — it’s about deepening awareness, honoring what’s present, and choosing how you want to move forward.
For more than 35 years, I’ve worked alongside individuals and groups through moments of transition, complexity, and growth. My background spans leadership in the U.S. Air Force, corporate project management, and over 15 years in real estate — roles that required clarity, adaptability, and steady presence during times of change.
Today, as a professionally trained coach pursuing ICF certification, I partner with clients in a way that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Coaching with me is not about advice or quick fixes. It’s a forward-focused process that supports self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful action — aligned with your values and your lived experience.
I bring a calm, compassionate presence to my work while also holding space for honest reflection and growth. My role is to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and support you in uncovering your own insights and choices.
If you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or ready to engage more fully with what’s next, I would be honored to explore that journey with you.
